Our staff provides services to a number of clients who are considered at-risk for severe illness if exposed to COVID-19. At RGM we are taking steps to reduce spread and protect our RGM Families and staff. If you or a loved one is receiving services from our team, we ask for your help and cooperation with the following:
Clinic Guidelines
• Masks will be required when Greene County is rated as Orange or Red.
• Please do not enter the clinic space if you have had a fever within the last 24 hours, or have exhibited any symptoms associated with Covid-19 not already attributed to another illness. Individuals must be fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever reducing medication.
•If you have knowingly come in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or suspected of having COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please do not attend session unless you are vaccinated and symptom free. Masks must be worn at all times per CDC guidelines.
• Do not attend your session in person if you were sent home from school or work due to illness or if you did not attend school or work at all due to illness.
• Please do not attend your session if you are feeling unwell.
Home-based Service Guidelines
• If your county is Orange or Red, we respectfully request that anyone interacting with our staff wear a mask or remain socially distanced at all times. If an outdoor area is appropriate and available we request to conduct sessions there (weather permitting), particularly if the client is unable to wear a mask.
• If anyone in your household has or has had a fever within the last 24 hours, or has/have exhibited any symptoms associated with Covid-19 not already attributed to another illness, please notify your therapist as soon as possible prior to the scheduled appointment.
• If anyone in the household is supposed to be under quarantine or isolation, please notify your therapist as soon as possible prior to the scheduled appointment.
• If anyone in the household was sent home from school or work due to illness or if did not attend school or work at all due to illness, please notify your therapist as soon as possible prior to the scheduled appointment.
•If staff arrives and finds that client/consumer or other household member is exhibiting symptoms, the therapist will not remain in the home to conduct the session. If this becomes a frequent occurrence, services may be put on hold or discontinued.
